Just had my third home inspection with Troy as he is the only one I trust to find everything. Troy always provides clear, concise, detailed reports, and calls you to go over everything he found. He is the best in the business!

His inspection report is on-point and detailed. He is very accommodating during the walk-through. He had other appointments that he needed to be punctual for and yet I still didn't feel "rushed." I did not feel "talked down" to what-so-ever during my questions about his findings. 10/10 would recommend.
